Always working with engineer by providing motion components and solutions.
Im designing some molds to cast some parts in urethane plastics here at work that would otherwise be injection molded or machined. So far we can produce these parts in house at significant cost savings over having tooling made.

Pray about it. If you care about the things of JESUS CHRIST HE'll take care about what you're doing and provide you people, resources, knowledge, etc. (If you truly care it'll modify your ambitions and you WILL get ALL there help you need from Heaven), but you'll have to listen and obey HIM when HE tells you what moves to make and who not to trust, etc.

I have reviewed your company website and am curious: is there a reference number to contact in case I have any further questions, or would all communication be handled through email? Also, who would I contact in order to conduct an informational interview with the engineering development and marketing team leaders?
